Liverpool’s child and England international, Trent Alexander-Arnold, at 23 years old, is already a very committed footballer in his career.
The international, who loves to play chess, is also invested in a charitable association in the city… Trent does not have a short memory: the child of Liverpool remains very close to the population of his city. He had promised that if he became a professional footballer, he would work for the charity “An Hour for Others”… promise kept!
Alexander-Arnold is a volunteer for the initiative, which aims to improve the lives of people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Trent Alexander-Arnold has been involved in a program that allows young children in some of Liverpool’s poorest neighborhoods to play in local leagues. He set up the Trent Alexander-Arnold League and Football For Change for five and six years old at the Tiber Football Centre in Toxteth and St Edward’s College in West Derby. His community involvement goes even further!
The England international has signed a four-year contract with Under Armour… and has made the rare and honorable decision to put the profits from this deal directly into the local economy. Several million pounds will be used to buy land and build facilities, such as soccer pitches… all of which will be made available to the Liverpool community.
